About Me

Hi, I’m Don — founder of NexPhase Innovations LLC.

With a Bachelor of Science in Geospatial Information Science (GIS) and a minor in Communications from The Ohio State University, I’ve always thrived where technology meets real-world problem solving.

Over the years, I’ve built, repaired, and diagnosed countless systems — from custom PCs and game consoles to business workstations and home networks. My hands-on experience is backed by my biggest asset: research. If there's a better, faster, or more efficient way to solve something — I’ll find it.

I also spent years managing operations at my family's business, handling everything from paperwork and inventory to accounting and vendor communication; That’s where I learned the importance of clear systems, reliable tech, and organized workflows.

At NexPhase, I combine that business sense with technical expertise to help individuals and small businesses:

  • Build smarter systems

  • Solve frustrating tech issues

  • Make tech easier to understand

  • Stay efficient, secure, and scalable

"I bridge the gap between complex technology and everyday users — so you don’t just use your tech... you understand it."

Let’s work together to take your systems — and your business — to the next phase.
