Securely transfer, organize, or clean files from one device or drive to another. Ideal for system upgrades, backups, or consolidating data.
General Tech Help – $30/hr up to $60/hr
Remote support for common tech needs, including software installations, system settings, basic troubleshooting, or user guidance.
Software Recommendations – $30/hr
Tailored recommendations to improve performance, efficiency, or workflow — including software selection, licensing guidance, and configuration.
Hard Drive Recovery – $35+
Recovery of accessible files from damaged or corrupted drives. Additional recovery tools/software may be required and will be discussed beforehand.
Troubleshooting – $50 (First 2 Hours)
Detailed diagnostic service for identifying hardware or software issues. Includes a summary report with findings and recommended solutions. $60/hr thereafter.
Hardware Swap – $50
Professional removal and installation of individual components such as RAM, hard drives, power supplies, or graphics cards.
Repairs – $60/hr
In-depth repair services for computers, laptops, or related devices. Covers software errors, system crashes, and performance issues. (Third-party software not included.)
Business Tech Audit – $70/hr
Strategic review of your technology setup to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements — tailored for small business operations.
PC Build (No Software) – $90
Custom PC assembly using client-provided or recommended hardware. Does not include software installation.
PC Build (Full Setup) – $125
Complete PC build including hardware assembly, driver installation, operating system setup, and initial software configuration.
Ongoing Support Plans – $200–$1000+
Monthly retainer options for continued tech support, system updates, troubleshooting, and long-term scalability planning.
Please Note: If additional software is required to complete a service, the client will be responsible for the associated purchase. NexPhase Innovations will always provide clear communication and obtain client approval before any third-party software expenses are incurred.
